This card was released in {{TCG|POP Series 5}}, originating as one of the {{TCG|PCG-P Promotional cards}}. In Japan, this card was released in conjunction with the Pika Summer Trip campaign. Passengers flying on any domestic {{wp|All Nippon Airways}} flight between July 1 and August 31, 2006 could redeem their boarding passes for a two-card set that included this card and {{TCG ID|PCG-P Promo|Sea's Manaphy|154}}. A Cosmos Holofoil version of the English print was one of two cards available in the {{TCGMerch|Diamond & Pearl|Series|DP Value Pack 1}}, released in September 2007.

This card was released in POP Series 5, originating as one of the PCG-P Promotional cards. In Japan, this card was released in conjunction with the Pika Summer Trip campaign.
