This card was the final Pokémon Star released outside Japan depicting a Pokémon not yet at its final stage of evolution.

Origin

This card features the Shiny version of Pikachu. ThunderShock is a move in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn. Spring Back's Japanese name is that of Payback, a move later introduced in Generation IV; however, Pikachu cannot learn it.
