Pierre (Japanese: アキオ Akio) is a one-time character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in Type Casting.
He and Marie were trying to determine whether Sudowoodo is a Template:Type2 or a Template:Type2. He always has a Pokémon book with him. He thinks that Sudowoodo is a Rock-type Pokémon because it is written as Rock-type in the book. He eventually proved he is right because when it's attacked by water, it ran away, something abnormal for a Grass-type Pokémon.
