Release information

In Japan, this card was awarded to players who won a Palace Battle at Pokémon Card Gym meetings throughout Japan, which were available to play during September and October 2014. Palace Battles utilized the DP-on format, in which cards from Space-Time Creation to the most recent expansion were eligible to use. The card is Mirror Reverse Holofoil, and has a stamp below the effect text that reads "Pokémon Card Game: Palace Battle Winner".

Origin

The Palace in Palace Book can also be translated as Hall of Fame, which is part of the Japanese term for entering the Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame a location in all core series Pokémon games, located in the Pokémon League of each region.
