Plot
Three young Trainers watch as Maylene trains with her Pokémon. They exchange rumors about her and come to the conclusion that they will need some type of item to help land an attack on her fast-moving Pokémon.
Unable to pass through Route 210 due to a crowd of Psyduck, Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum take a detour that leads them to Veilstone City. When Pearl gets frustrated about getting farther away from Mt. Coronet, Platinum decides the best thing to do is rest at a hotel.
