Tongue-Tied Kecleon/VS Kecleon or The First Capture (Japanese: VS カクレオン VS Kakureon or はじめての捕獲 The First Capture) is the 187th round of the Pokémon Adventures manga.
Plot
The round opens up with Ruby and Wally walking through the outskirts of Petalburg City. As they admire the beautiful night sky, Ruby tries to recommend some wild Pokémon for Wally to catch. Wally notices a zigzag pattern floating in the air, so the two investigate it.
