Wanted: Pikachu! (Japanese: VSピカチュウ VS. Pikachu) is the fourth round of the Pokémon Special manga and also the fourth one in the Red, Green & Blue chapter.
Synopsis
In western Pewter City a bunch of angry people pursues a wild Pikachu that eats their products, but every time they corner it the mouse escapes thanks to its electricity. Trying to help the sellers Red enters in action and chooses Bulbasaur to defeat the trouble-maker, only one PoisonPowder is necessary to capture it. After talk with the citisenz, Red tries to befriend Pikachu but is rejected, is when Green shows and makes fun of him, but before take the discussion to a battle he challenges Red to try to be the first to defeat the leader of that city, Brock, to win the precious Boulderbadge. Red accepts and visits the Pokémon Center to prepare itself to the big battle ahead, but he finds the Center closed for damages, and the only Pokémon he has with full energy is ... Pikachu.
