Wanted: Pikachu! (Japanese: VSピカチュウ VS. Pikachu) is the fourth round of the Pokémon Special manga and also the fourth one in volume 1.
Synopsis
In western Pewter City a bunch of angry people pursues a wild Pikachu that eats their products, but every time they corner it the mouse escapes thanks to its electricity. Trying to help the sellers Red enters in action and chooses Bulbasaur to defeat the trouble-maker, only one PoisonPowder is necessary to capture it.
