A P*DA is an eletronic device owned by Wes in Pokémon Colosseum, in lieu of a Pokédex. The P*DA (or Pokémon Digital Assistant) keeps track of a Trainer's ID No., their PokéCoupons, and their money. It can also be used to send and recieve e-mail.
Wes' was upgraded with the Snag List - a list of the Shadow Pokémon created by Cipher, and the Strategy Memo - which gives a small amount of information on the Pokémon the owner has seen. Nothing indepth - just things like height, appearance, and type.
It has a ringtone that can be customized to the preferences of the user.
While only friends of professional Pokémon scientists can get their hands on PokéDexes, it appears that just about anyone can own a P*DA, at least in Orre.
