Otis is a regular at the Game Store in Pokémon Trading Card Game Online. He can be faced in the City Championship in the Trainer Challenge for a total of one match.

Official biography

"Otis is a latecomer to the Pokémon TCG, but after joining up with Daniel and Rika, he's become a force to be reckoned with. He's a man of few words, but he regularly attends football games and his backpack is usually loaded with books on popular science and the statistical analysis of sports."

City Championship

After defeating Brittney in the fifth round of the City Championship, players move on to face Otis in round six. He uses a Grass /Darkness deck. After defeating Otis, players move on to face Cammie.
