Ornithol

Ornithol (Japanese: オワゾー Oiseau) is a character of the day from A Relay in the Sky!.

Ornithol lives in a valley that is the location of the Pokémon Sky Relay. He is an avid fan of the competition, watching it from the stands each year, but was never able to compete himself because he had not been able to catch three Pokémon eligible to enter. Nevertheless, he had a dream to win once. As such, he decided to support Trainers he thought were promising enough. He met up with Ash and his friends when they stumbled across the Pokémon Sky Relay and introduced himself. He inspired Ash to enter the competition and took him and his friends to his house, where he showed what the course of the competition looked like and what would be the obstacles. The next day, he watched Ash compete and become second. Even though Ash had not been able to win, Ornithol expressed his gratitude and happiness to Ash.
