This card was originally released in the Japanese {{TCG|Reviving Legends}} expansion. When it came to be released in the English {{TCG|Unleashed}} expansion, this card's Poké-Body changed meaning from its original Japanese effect.
This card later received an erratum to change the Energy Healer Poké-Body to only remove damage counters from Onix itself and only when an energy is attached to Onix itself, making the effect consistent with what the Japanese print reads.
