Oblivion Wing (Japanese: デスウイング Death Wing) is a damage-dealing Flying-type move introduced in Generation VI. It is the signature move of Yveltal.
Effect
Oblivion Wing inflicts damage on the target and restores the user's HP by 75% of the damage dealt.
If the user is holding a Big Root, the HP restored is increased by 30%. Big Root does not increase the damage dealt.
If the target has the Ability Liquid Ooze, the user will lose the amount of HP it would have gained instead.
Oblivion Wing cannot be used if the user is under the effects of Heal Block.

Trivia
- Oblivion Wing is the only Flying-type move introduced in Generation VI (excluding Flying Press, which only has the type effectiveness of a Flying-type move). It shares this similar trait with Aeroblast, which was the only Flying-type move introduced in Generation II.
- Coincidentally, both of these moves are signature moves of legendary Pokémon introduced in their respective generations.
