A Nurse (Japanese: Nurse) is a type of Pokémon Trainer introduced in Generation V. Battling them is optional; they do not challenge the Trainer upon sight, but instead when spoken to. Upon being defeated, the Nurse will heal the Trainer's party fully, and any time spoken to afterwards. They are the female counterparts of Doctors.
