Nintendo Network Service Development (often referred to as Nintendo NSD), formerly Nintendo Special Planning & Development, is a Japanese game and hardware development studio that focuses on handheld consoles. Its staff originally came from Nintendo Research & Development 2. The original general manager was Satoshi Yamato, and the current general manager is Masaru Shimomura. They have many games for the Pokémon mini.
