Pokémon Network Center

The Network Machine is located in the One Island Pokémon Center. The machine allows players of FireRed and LeafGreen to trade with Ruby and Sapphire as well as Emerald. It requires the Ruby and Sapphire to work. When the player reaches One Island, the machine is not opperational, because one of the gems is missing in order to opperate the machine. It's known programmer is a local named Celio which also happens to be one of Bill's friends. To fully activate the machine you must first obtain the national dex.
