Natasha (Japanese: ナッチ Natchi) is a one time character in the Pokémon anime.

Her only appearance came in What You Seed is What You Get. Natasha is the owner of a watermelon patch and takes great pride in it. She watches over them as if they were her children and has her Pokémon, Grovyle, Slugma, and Electrode (which is painted like a watermelon) to help her guard them.

A hungry Team Rocket happened to come across her watermelons and decided to help themselves to a few. However, they were stopped when her Electrode discovered them and used Rollout, which sent them flying. Unfortunately, this caused the watermelons to be dropped into a nearby river. Later, they happen to be discovered by Ash and company and they decided to enjoy it. However, when Natasha saw them eating it, she immediately called on her Grovyle and Slugma to attack them.

She then accused them as being the thieves. Ash tries to explain to her that they just found it in the river, but she didn’t believe him. When she called her Electrode over to confirm it, it disagreed. These were not the same people who stole it in the first place. She then nervously apologized to Ash and the others.

Natasha always likes to hear how great her watermelons taste. After her apology she begged Ash to tell her how they tasted being sure that they were the best in the world since she referred to herself as "The Melon Master".

Natasha tends to have a forgetful, upbeat, and sometimes goofy personality. This is seen in her forgetting to introduce herself to Ash.

Later, she challenges Ash to a Double Battle. Her Grovyle and Slugma faced his Treecko and Corphish. She ended up winning the match when her Grovyle's Bullet Seed attack triumphed over Treecko's. Thanks to her Grovyle, Treecko was able to learn Bullet Seed. However, it would need to perfect it later on.

Natasha's Grovyle
Grovyle
Grovyle is one of the two Pokémon Natasha used to battle Ash. It first appeared when it used its Bullet Seed to intrude on Ash and his friends who were eating the watermelons. Grovyle showed amazing cooperation with Slugma when they battled with Ash's Treecko and Corphish. Treecko starts off with a Pound against Grovyle, and Corphish to use BubbleBeam on Slugma. Grovyle dodges and fires a Bullet Seed at the BubbleBeam. Grovyle does so and neutralizes the BubbleBeam to protect Slugma, since Slugma is so vulnerable to Water-type attacks. The battle goes on until Team Rocket disrupt them.

Team Rocket appear in their Cacnea mecha, but in the end they are sent blasting off again. The match resumes but in the end Grovyle's great cooperation with Slugma wins them the match.

Grovyle's known moves are Bullet Seed, Leaf Blade and SolarBeam.
