(Japanese: ナリオ Nario) is a one-time character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in the episode Wobbu-Palooza! He is a resident of the Wobbuffet Village, and loves Wobbuffet as much as everyone else who lives in the village. His name was not revealed in the English version.
He was outraged when he heard someone had started attacking the Wobbuffet in the village, and like Ash, Misty and Brock, whom he just recently met, quickly pointed the finger at Team Rocket.
He recalled a story of last year's Wobbuffet Festival, when Wobbuffet were attacked too to Ash and his friends. A resident named Lulu beat the attackers with her own Wobbuffet. With the new attack, he went to find her and Officer Jenny. He then brought them to the scene were the Festival crashers showed up once again.
