The Munch Belt is an item in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team. It is awarded to the player in return for giving a food item to the Munchlax that appears in Pokémon Square. The belt is a held item that raises the holder's Attack and Special Attack by 8 each, but causes the Pokémon's belly to empty more quickly.

After obtaining the belt, a message in the Adventure Log will read, "Spotted Munchlax." However, the Munch Belt has little consequence and will not affect the outcome of the game if not obtained.

In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness on, it can be purchased deep in Zero Island South from a Kecleon Shop and may be found in treasure chests or in Marine Resort. It can also be found in Deep Spacial Rift.
