The Munch Belt ( Japanese:ゴンベのハラマキ Munchlax Belt) is an item in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team. It is awarded to the player in return for giving a food item to the Munchlax that appears in Pokémon Square. The belt is a held item that raises the holder's Attack and Special Attack by 8 each, but causes the Pokémon's belly to empty more quickly.
