Mt. Discipline (Japanese: しゅぎょうのやま Training Mountain) is a Friend Area in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team. It can be bought for 1,200 Poké from Wigglytuff in Pokémon Square, or can be unlocked if the player got Machop as their starter. It is in the Mountain Range area and has a capacity of eleven Pokémon. All the Pokémon here are at least partially Fighting-type.
Geography
Mt. Discipline is a haven for Fighting-type Pokémon. It seems to be a small fighting arena.
