Move Points are the amount of spaces a figure can move on the playing field in the Pokémon Trading Figure Game. The amount of Move Points or MP are determined by the amount on the MP part of the figure (shown in the picture).
On the starting player's first turn, Pokémon have 1 less MP. So, a Pokémon with 3 MP would only have 2 MP on that turn.
