Morrison's Metang (Japanese: マサムネのメタング Masamune's Metang) was the first Pokémon Morrison was shown to have.

History

As a Beldum

It first appeared as a Beldum in Less is Morrison. In that episode, Morrison and Ash competed in several competitions to see who was better, and they even had a Pokémon battle using his Beldum against Ash's Pikachu.

Beldum's only disadvantage was that it only knew Take Down. This almost caused Morrison to lose to a Trainer with an Electabuzz during the qualifying rounds of the Ever Grande Conference in Saved by the Beldum. When it looked like Morrison was going to lose, his Beldum evolved into a Metang and won the battle with its newly learned Template:Type2 moves.

Morrison also used his Metang in his battle against Ash. It put up a good fight against his Glalie, but it was defeated. It has not been seen since.
