People could mail in two barcodes from Moncolle or Moncolle plus figures to have a chance to win a figure. A total of 1,000 figures were given away for each Pokémon.

Moncolle plus (Japanese: モンコレプラス Moncolle plus) is a newer Monster Collection released by Tomy in July 2009. It features Pokémon figures in more dynamic battle poses. Each figure is also mounted on a platform which can be linked to other platforms and some game consoles. Moncolle stands for Monster Collection.
