Miranda (Japanese: ボイジャー Voyager) is a character from Mewtwo Strikes Back. She works as a pier master at Old Shore Wharf, and talks to the sea gulls to tell what the current weather condition is like. She told the Trainers heading to New Island the story of the Winds of Water.
