Miranda (Japanese: ボイジャー Voyager) is a character from Mewtwo Strikes Back. She works as a pier master at Old Shore Wharf, and told the Trainers heading to New Island that she talks to the seagulls to tell what the current weather condition is like, and that she has never seen such a hurricane. In the dub, she instead told them the legend of the Winds of Water that wiped out all but a few Pokémon, though their sorrow and tears somehow revived their companions.
