Milk Drink (Japanese: ミルクのみ Milk Drink) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation II. Prior to Generation VI, it was the signature move of Miltank.

Effect

Milk Drink restores up to 50% of the user's current HP.

Outside of battle

Similar to Soft-Boiled, Milk Drink can also be used outside of battle to take away some HP from the user and restore another party Pokémon's HP.

  • When using Milk Drink outside battle, if the user's current HP is exactly 1/5 its max HP, using Milk Drink to give energy to another Pokémon causes the user to have 0 HP, and thus faint.
    • This is the only known way a Pokémon may faint outside of battle by use of a move.
