Mikael

Mikael (Japanese: ミカエル Mikael) is a minor recurring character of the Pokémon anime. He first appeared in Curtain Up, Unova League!, where he participated in the Vertress Conference and was Bianca's first opponent. However, in Mission: Defeat Your Rival!, he was defeated by her and eliminated from the tournament.

Mikael's Watchog
Watchog
Watchog is the only Pokémon Mikael is known to have on hand. It was used in the first round of the Vertress Conference against Bianca's Emboar. In Mission: Defeat Your Rival! it was defeated by him however.

Watchog's known moves are Hidden Power, Tackle and Crunch.
