Metang (Japanese: メタング Metang) is a Metal-type Stage 1 Pokémon card. It is part of the EX Hidden Legends expansion.

Release information
In Japan, this card was distributed through the first issue of Wonderland Magazine. This card was re-released in Japan at the 2004 World Hobby Fair, featuring a gold "WHF" stamp below the artwork. This card was released as one of the Nintendo Black Star Promos with different artwork by the same artist to participants at Stadium Challenges in July 2004.
