The Journey Partners Collection Sheets (Japanese: コレクションシート) are the first BW era release of Pokémon trading cards. Released on September 18th, 2010, each collection sheet costs 280 yen. The three collection sheets are themed around the three starters of the fifth generation: Tsutarja, Pokabu, and Mijumaru; and each contain three cards. The nine total cards feature one from each type. All cards are holographic with artwork done by Ken Sugimori.
Pre-release information
- June 14th 2010: Online blogs reveal the three collection sheets.
- August 22nd 2010: A leaked image confirm the nine cards to be Tsutarja, Munna, Giaru, Pokabu, Shimama, Mamepato, Mijumaru, Meguroco, and Zorua.
- August 30th 2010: A promotional poster shows actual images of the cards.
- September 1st 2010: The official card database updates with information over the sheets.
- September 18th 2010: The sheets are released.
