Max

Max (Japanese: マサト Masato) is a character of the day from Maxxed Out!. He is a doppelgänger of Max and as such shares the same name (both in English and Japanese) and character design.

He started to comment how energetic May's Skitty was and that only a skilled Trainer could handle one like that. The blue-haired Max replied that he already knew that. Nurse Joy told Max to duke it out, making both Maxes confused, as she did not yet know that the two were named Max.

The two started to bicker again but Joy soon broke it up, making blue-haired Max go down to the lake. Later, when May and Max were looking after a wild Surskit, brown-haired Max approached them and another fight started. Ash and Brock approached them, making the brown-haired Max spit out another smart-aleck comment at his counterpart and starting another fight.

Brock then said they should let their Pokémon out, and May and Ash agreed. Blue-haired Max then said he got to see them every day, and that his father is a Gym Leader, making the other Max impressed.

May showed off Skitty to Treecko and Pikachu. Soon thereafter, Team Rocket jumped from the bushes and surprised everyone. After their mecha exploded, leaving Team Rocket blasting off again, the two Maxes became friends. The brown-haired one intended to train his new friend Surskit hard, and one day become a Pokémon Trainer.

Befriended

Max's Surskit
Surskit
Max's befriended Surskit was first seen skating around a lake. As it was skating, it saw both Maxes fighting and skates towards them to stop them from fighting. When Team Rocket saw Surskit, they figured that it would be a good present for their Boss and decided to capture it. As they were about to capture it, Skitty ruins Jessie's hair, thus, allowing it to escape. It was later seen defeating Team Rocket with Max and May.

Surskit's known moves are Agility, Water Pulse, and Bubble Beam.
