Master (Dragon Tamer clan)

The Dragon Clan Elder is a relative of both Lance and Clair, two notable Trainers of Template:Type2 Pokémon. He lives in the Dragon's Den in Blackthorn City.

In Pokémon Crystal he will give the player a quiz about caring for their Pokémon. Provided that they answer all the questions correctly, he will award them with a level 15 Dratini that knows ExtremeSpeed, which it cannot otherwise have.
