Masatoshi Hamada (浜田 雅功), also known as "Hama-chan" (浜ちゃん) (born in Osaka, Japan on May 11, 1963) played the voice of Yadoking in Phantom Pokémon Lugia's Explosive Birth.

He also illustrated the "Hama-chan's Yadoking" TCG promo card produced for the Japanese release of Phantom Pokémon Lugia's Explosive Birth.

Hamada is primarily known as one-half of the popular owarai duo Downtown.
