Marowak Dojo is a training facility in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness located in Treasure Town. It is run by a Marowak, hence its name. It is similar to the Makuhita Dojo from the original Pokémon Mystery Dungeon. It is only different in that when the player enters a maze, the Treasure Bag is emptied, and if failed in the maze, will not lose items or money. On every new floor, the levels of the enemy Pokémon increase by ten.
There are initially ten mazes found in the Dojo, listed below. After the credits, the Final Maze will appear separate from these ten. In the Explorer Maze, the player can download other another team via Wi-Fi and fight it in a one-room dungeon.

- In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, a remix of the music from the Makuhita Dojo plays while in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness a completely different track plays.
- Also, in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness in the room with the teleporter leading to the Final Maze, no music plays. While in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, the sound effects of the Rainbow Stoneship will play.
