Marnie (left) and Paige (right)

Marnie Francis Lynnette Joy (Japanese: サヤカ・フランソワ・ジョーイ Sayaka François Joy) and Paige Francis Lynnelle Joy (Japanese: マイ・フランソワ・ジョーイ Mai François Joy) are two sisters, the daughters of the Nurse Joy in Drifloon on the Wind!. Marnie's voice actresses are Sonny Dey in English and 能登麻美子 Mamiko Noto in Japanese. Paige's voice actresses are Hilary Thomas in English and 日笠山亜美 Tsugimi Higasayama in Japanese.

Marnie appears to be about Ash and Dawn's age, and Paige seems to be around Max's age. They help their mother at home, as well as their father Karsten who works at the Valley Windworks.

They use their Drifloon as an easy way of transportation. For instance, when their father forgot his lunch, Marnie brought it by flying on her Drifloon.

Through the course of the episode, Paige hints at having a very special friend that lives in the forest. When trouble arises, Paige takes Ash to summon that friend to help.
