Mannes (Japanese: モーモント Momont) is a character in White—Victini and Zekrom and Black—Victini and Reshiram, and is the mayor of Eindoak Town.
In the anime

Later, he reveals that he is a descendant of the People of the Vale, and teaches Ash, Iris, and Cilan the history of Eindoak Town, and the history of the Kingdom of the Vale and how it all connects to Victini. He, along with the other descendants, agree to allow Damon to move the Sword of the Vale. Once the Sword begins its journey, Mannes follows after it in his Klinklang-powered helicopter and realizes the Dragon Force has been disturbed. He then goes to the Sword of the Vale as it's flying through the sky and informs everyone of the turn of events. He then helps Juanita, Carlita, Cilan, and Iris evacuate the castle.
