Madeleine (Japanese: みやび Miyabi) is a character of the day who appeared in Enlighten Up!.
She is a student of ten years at the Slowpoke Temple in Johto. She is the follower of a religion similar to Buddhism in which the founder meditated along with some Slowpoke until he cleared his head of all worldly thoughts and found enlightenment.
She had previously meditated along with Gary, spurring on Ash to attempt the temple training as well. Madelaine took Ash, his friends and Team Rocket through a series of exercises including cleaning and fishing; however, Ash and Team Rocket were too distracted to successfully complete the tasks.
