It is found on [[Fullmoon Island]] where {{p|Cresselia}} is floating above. The Pokémon will immediately [[Roaming Pokémon|flee the island]], leaving behind the Lunar Wing. Once brought to [[Canalave City]], it will awaken a young boy from his endless nightmare.

Palmer had been unable to help the suffering Pokémon, but then Cresselia had appeared, using {{m|Lunar Dance}} to heal the Pokémon. Cresselia had also dropped down a Lunar Wing, which Palmer took back to Canalave City and cured Eldritch's son with it.
