Lunar Dance (Japanese: みかづきのまい Crescent Moon Dance) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation IV. It is the signature move of Cresselia.
Effect
Generation IV
Lunar Dance causes the user to faint, but restores the HP, PP and removes all status ailments of the Pokémon that is sent out to take its place. If the user moves before the opponent, the revived Pokémon is then sent out before the end of its turn. This may result in the opponent attacking the revived Pokémon during its turn.
Generation V
The receiving Pokémon is now sent out at the end of the turn after all other Pokémon have moved.
