Luna Carson is a one-time character from the special, Mewtwo Returns.

She appears as a Pokémon naturalist attracted to studying Mount Quena and works as a partner to Cullen Calix. In the special, both she and Cullen help Ash, his friends, and Mewtwo against Team Rocket.
