Release information

In Japan, this card was released as part of Meiji Chocolate's promotional campaign in June 2006. A Cosmos Holofoil version of this card was one of four available in the Template:Merch, released during October 2007.

Origin

Super Psy Bolt's Japanese name is that of a Super form of Confusion, a move in the Pokémon games that Lugia cannot learn.
