Lucy Fleetfoot (Japanese: ルーシー・ライトフット Lucy Lightfoot) is the main character of Pokémon Trozei!. She is an agent of SOL, the Secret Operation League, working under Professor P. Her goal is to defeat the Phobos Battalion and rescue the Pokémon they have stolen.

Story
In Pokémon Trozei!
Professor P calls Lucy at the SOL Base at the beginning of the game and asks her to recover Pokémon stolen by Phobos Battalion. Given the Trozei Beamer, she rescues Pokémon from Secret Storage and Huge Storage warehouses, eventually confronting the Phobos Battalion Generals in Phobos Mobiles.
