The Lookalike Items are items that appear in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky.
Similarities and Differences
They look like and are based off of regular items and have almost exactly the same descripiton.
However, they have a difference in spelling of the name, a ...? at the end of the description, and will have different effects.

Effect: Doesn't revive when Fainting
Via Seed
Based off of: Vile Seed
Effect: Warps Hero to another area on the same floor
Slip Seed
Based off of: Sleep Seed
Effect: Description One can take a dip in a canal after consuming a Slip Seed
Dough Seed
Based off of: Doom Seed
Effect: Makes more Poké appear on the next floor of the Dungeon.
Mix Elixer
Based off of: Max Elixer
Effect: Restores PP, but only to Linoone
Gone Pebble
Based off of: Geo Pebble
Effect: Gives the user Endure status.
Gravelyrock
Based off of: Gravelerock
Effect: Increases IQ, but only for Bonsly and Sudowoodo.
Wander Gummi
Based off of: Wonder Gummi
Effect: Gives user Blinker status.
No-Slip Cap
Based off of: No-Stick Cap
Effect: Instead of preventing items from getting sticky, it occasionally makes them sticky.
