The lookalike items are items that appear in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky.

Similarities and Differences

They look like and are based off regular items and have almost exactly the same descripiton.

However, they have differences in their names (usually subtle spelling changes), a question mark at the end of the description, and will have different effects; normally the opposite effect of the item it is imitating.

Oren Berry

Based off: Oran Berry

Effect: Damages player 10 HP

Reviser Seed

Based off: Reviver Seed

Effect: Doesn't revive user when Fainting except if user has the Item Master IQ skill.

Via Seed

Based off: Vile Seed

Effect: Warps Hero to another area on the same floor.

Slip Seed

Based off: Sleep Seed

Effect: One can take a dip in a canal after consuming a Slip Seed.

Dough Seed

Based off: Doom Seed

Effect: Makes more Poké appear on the next floor of the Dungeon.

Dropeye Seed

Based off: Eyedrop Seed

Effect:

Mix Elixir

Based off: Max Elixir

Effect: Restores PP, but only to Linoone.

Gone Pebble

Based off: Geo Pebble

Effect: Gives the user Endure status.

Gravelyrock

Based off: Gravelerock

Effect: Increases IQ, but only for Bonsly and Sudowoodo.

Wander Gummi

Based off: Wonder Gummi

Effect: Gives user Blinker status.

No-Slip Cap

Based off: No-Stick Cap

Effect: Instead of preventing items from getting sticky, it occasionally makes them sticky.
