This page contains every move in the games in order of their index number and categorized by the generation in which they debuted.
List of Shadow moves
Shadow moves are moves exclusive to Shadow Pokémon in the Generation III games Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. In Colosseum, there was only one Shadow move, Shadow Rush. There are no Contests in these games, and Shadow Pokémon cannot be traded, thus they have no Contest statistics.

List of Mystery Dungeon moves
These moves are exclusive to Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team, Blue Rescue Team, Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness, and Explorers of Sky.
Excavate and Spin Slash are exclusive to Red and Blue Rescue Team, and they cannot be learned by any Pokémon without the use of a cheating device.
