Pokémon Center Sapporo Alolan Vulpix

This Alolan Vulpix was distributed via local wireless at the Pokémon Center Sapporo in Japan from December 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017. It was distributed to celebrate the reopening of the Pokémon Center Sapporo. It was distributed later at all Pokémon Center stores and Pokémon Stores in Japan from February 1 to March 12, 2017.

It was also distributed at the Pokémon Center Sapporo pre-open (Japanese: ポケモンセンターサッポロ プレオープン) event on November 30, 2016. To attend the event players had to enter into a lottery by filling out a form and submitting it from October 14 to November 7, 2016. Players could fill out and submit the forms to TV Hokkaido or the Pokémon Center Online. 600 people were chosen from TV Hokkaido and 150 people were chosen from the Pokémon Center Online, for a total of 750 people that were chosen to attend the pre-open event.
