This is a list of Pokémon in the order dictated by the Isshu regional Pokédex, meaning that Victini and then the starter Pokémon from Isshu will appear first, followed by other Pokémon native to the Isshu region.

Note: Victini is only assumed to be No. 494 in the National Pokédex until official confirmation becomes available. National Pokédex numbers listed below are subject to change.
