Revision as of 20:21, 7 June 2016
This is a list of Theme decks obtainable in the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online. This includes decks exclusive to the Pokémon TCG Online, as well as redeemable Theme decks corresponding to physical Theme decks.
Online-exclusive Decks are only available in the Pokémon TCG Online and are not available as physical decks. They are composed of cards from various expansions of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
Currently, new players have access to four Theme decks exclusive to the game in addition to two bonus theme decks and 14 redeemable decks from various merchandise.
Starter decks
Starter Decks are given to new players and are gradually unlocked in the Trainer Challenge. This unlocking process automatically replaces certain cards each time a new computer-controlled opponent is defeated with that deck. After beating seven different opponents in the Trainer Challenge with each deck (which may include the same opponent in a different league), they are fully unlocked for use in Versus Mode against regular opponents.
XY Basic Green
- Main article: X & Y - Basic Green (TCG)
XY Basic Green is a theme deck featuring the XY -type starter Pokémon Chespin.

The Rallying Cry deck can be redeemed in the in-game Shop by entering one of these redemption codes: "boundariescrossed", "plasmastorm", "plasmafreeze", "plasmablast", "legendarytreasures", "flashfire", "furiousfists", or "phantomforces". Using these codes, the cards can be obtained multiple times after opening the deck box.

Non-exclusive redeemable decks
- Main article: Pokémon Generations
Theme Decks corresponding to those from physical decks in the Black & White Series onward can be unlocked in Pokémon Trading Card Game Online by redeeming the deck-access codes included in theme deck boxes. Alternatively, the newer theme decks can be redeemed with Trainer Tokens or Gems in the in-game Shop. Redeeming a subsequent copy of a fully-unlocked deck adds another full copy of that deck's contents. Winning with 12 different computer-controlled opponents in the Trainer Challenge with one of these decks gives the player a Booster pack from the related expansion but only once per deck.
