Liberty Garden (Japanese: リバティガーデン島 Liberty Garden Island) is an island in southwestern Unova. It can only be accessed with the Liberty Pass where the player will be able to encounter Victini in the basement of the lighthouse (Japanese: リバティガーデンとう Liberty Garden Tower).
To reach Liberty Garden, the player must have traveled as far as Castelia City. From there, it is on Liberty Pier, the farthest pier from the southern entrance of the city, where the ferry awaits.
Some members of Team Plasma are already there upon arrival and must be defeated before the Victini can be encountered. If the Victini is defeated, or if the player is defeated or runs away from battle, then the Victini will appear once the player leaves the room and returns again. It will continue to return until it is caught.
The place is accessible in Black 2 and White 2, south of Virbank City. After arriving there, the player will meet Professor Juniper. Also, when Victini is in the player's party, Victini will want to come out of its Poké Ball. If the player chooses yes, Victini pops out, looks at several areas while dancing and calling out all the while. It will then return to its ball, with a message saying it seems satisfied.

Trivia
- When selecting Liberty Garden while using Fly, its green dot is filled red as if it could be flown to, unlike other locations represented by the same symbol. This indicates that it may have been intended to be a location which could be flown to. While it still does so in sequels, all places, marked by dot or square, will fill in red.
Origin
Liberty Garden is based on Liberty Island.
