Layla (Japanese: レイラ Leila) is a character who appeared in the movie Giratina and the Sky Warrior.
History
Layla and her husband Moose were underway on a train to her great-grandmother's hundreth birthday party and wanted to give her a bouquet of Gracideas. On the train, they met up with Ash, Brock, Dawn, Shaymin, Ogin, Shun, Taka and Kako. She bonded with Shaymin and witnessed it transform into its Sky Forme when it touched the bouquet of Gracideas for her great-grandmother. Following this, the train was attacked by Zero's Magnemite, Magneton and Magnezone, but Ash, Dawn and Shaymin were able to drive them off. She later said her goodbyes to Ash, his friends and Shaymin as they set off on a ferry to the flower garden of Gracidea, but met up with them again some time later, when Ash and his friends visited Layla's great-grandmother's birthday party.
